Voter Fraud: Judge Rules Jennifer Brunner, Secretary of State of Ohio, Violated Federal Election Law

Previously I posted about suspicious decisions made by Democrat Jennifer Brunner, the Secretary of State of Ohio. One of these decisions was ruled illegal by the Ohio Supreme Court.

A federal district court judge has ruled against Brunner in a second judgment.
Ohio Secretary of State Jennifer Brunner is breaking federal law by not giving county elections boards the chance to determine whether new voter registrations are fraudulent, a federal judge ruled this evening.

"It is hard to imagine a public interest more compelling than safeguarding the legitimacy of the election of the president of the United States," said Judge George C. Smith of U.S. District Court in Columbus in upholding the Ohio Republican Party's request for a court order.
Here's a snippet from a press release by the Ohio Republican Party.
A federal court ruled tonight that Ohio Secretary of State Jennifer Brunner violated federal election laws by not taking adequate steps to validate the identity of newly registered voters.

The ruling from U.S. District Court Judge George C. Smith called the identification breakdown “a serious problem” and ordered Brunner to immediately comply with federal requirements to match voter registration data with the information in the Ohio Bureau of Motor Vehicles and Social Security Administration databases. The court accused Brunner of failing to provide county election administrators with “an effective way to access and review mismatches.” She immediately appealed the ruling.

"For some reason, Jennifer Brunner does not want these new registrations checked,” said Ohio Republican Party Deputy Chairman Kevin DeWine. “Her refusal to comply with federal law raises serious concerns about her ability to objectively oversee this election. It’s especially troubling in light of her connection to ACORN and that group’s stunning confession this week of fraudulent registration activity happening right here in Ohio.
Is Brunner sorry she made the oversight? Does she realize the implications of her actions in the light of ACORN's announcement of fraudulent registration activities in Ohio? Of course not.
Brunner's office said she is filing an immediate appeal with the 6th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals.
I don't understand. Isn't Obama up in all the polls? (Polls of dubious quality, but that is the topic of another post.) Isn't the media already trumpeting the arrival of their candidate, their man, their choice President Obama? Is it really necessary to cheat and lie to make sure Obama wins, when he likely already has the votes--and in the process make a mockery of the democratic process?
